Drug-Free Solutions takes the hassle out of hiring qualified trainers and developing training materials. We will conduct initial training for all employees, and annual training thereafter. New employees will receive training within six weeks of employment. More specific recognition and skill training will be provided to your supervisors and management team.

Our training is based on expertise gleaned from years of experience developing drug-free workplace programming. Marty Herf served on the National Alliance for Model State Drug Laws funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy in Washington, D.C. Through the alliance, Marty worked with various states and coalitions to develop drug-free workplace programs.
