The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) offers premium discounts to help employers establish safer and more cost-effective workplaces. BWC’s Drug-Free Safety Program (DFSP) provides participating employers with premium discounts of up to 7%!  And, group-rated employers can stack their DFSP discount up to an additional 3%.

It gets better! Unlike the previous BWC drug-free program that maxed out premium discounts after five years, there is no cap under DFSP. Employers can continue to earn premium discounts as long as they operate and maintain a successful drug-free workplace program.
